We offer you a ready-made project for the construction of a three-star hotel on the island of Kasos.

The location of the site on which the hotel will be built is very convenient, the first line, not far from the port of the island. There is currently no such hotel complex on the island. This will be the first three-star hotel on the island !!!

According to the project, the two-storey hotel will consist of 13 rooms with 27 beds. According to the project drawings, a basement room (level -2) is provided for a storage room, a kitchenette and technical equipment. Level (-1) will be occupied by the rooms of the service personnel, the clients' bathrooms, the pantry with the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a place for reception, a cafe - restaurant, an office and several rooms. The rest of the guest rooms are located on the second floor.

The complex will have geothermal energy for cooling and heating, a water demineralization system that will cover all the hotel's needs, and biological wastewater treatment. A large swimming pool with a relaxation area is planned on the site.

All technical studies on the project have been done. There are all licenses for a permit for the construction of the complex, which makes it possible to start implementing the project the next day immediately after signing the contract.

Attention! The project is funded by the state, so a certain amount will be returned to the owner during the construction phase of the hotel.
