Description of the buildings

1)Yera Building

Amidst acres of olive trees is nestled the main building of the complex. It comprises of eight spacious and custom design rooms and one suite with big balcony(sea view). The rooms are two, three and four-bed, with balconies(sea view & garden view) and terraces. Each room features fully
equipped kitchen, WC, shower, writing desk, wooden wardrobe,  air condition, payphone, color tv (TFT).
Rooms total flooring area: 245 sq.m The whole building also has a basement 100 s.q meters which feature laundry room, boiler room, and store shed room

2)Ntamia Building

NTAMIA is a traditional stone-built guesthouse which, to a significant extent, has been smoothly integrated with the local area’s nature. The building consists of 3 traditional double bedrooms which feature fireplace, en suite WC, shower, fridge, wooden wardrobe, payphone, air condition, payphone, color tv (TFT). These rooms are ideal for those, wishing to experience a peaceful and near-to-the nature stay. Flooring area of each room 23 sq.m.

3)Sapfo 1 & 2 houses

Built amphitheatrically and surrounded by exquisite settings, SAPFO 1 & SAPFO 2, are two detached, self-catering traditional houses that stand out stately over the greenery hill of the estate by overlooking the majestic scenery of the Gulf of Gera. Each of the two-level houses is traditionally furnished, fully equipped and can sleep up to 4 persons. Description: one double bed plus a single bed & a sofa bed (4 pers), fully equipped kitchen, WC, shower, writing desk, internal wooden staircase, air condition, wooden wardrobe payphone, color tv (TFT), 2 balconies with sea view. One balcony features a wooden pergola. Each house has 45 meters of total square capacity. One of the houses features a basement(15 sq.m)  in which are stored containers of olive oil.

4)Efcharis & Arion houses

Built amphitheatrically and over the top of the estate’s greenery hill, EFCHARIS & ARION, are the two biggest, fully detached, three floored traditional houses of the Gera’s Olive Grove. Their privileged position-combining sea and mountain- makes them ideal for all-year around accommodation. Each of the houses is traditionally furnished and fully equipped and can sleep up to 5 persons. Description:1st floor has a spacious living room or sitting area with two (one single and one double) beds, internal wooden staircase, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, air condition, central heating, fireplace, color tv (TFT), payphone, wooden wardrobe, balcony with unparalleled sea view. 2nd floor features one splendid double bedroom
with ensuite bathroom and shower, air condition, central heating, and big balcony with wooden pergola(sea view) Each house has 65 meters of total square capacity. In addition, the first house features a ground floor room with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, bathroom with shower, air condition, big refrigerator color tv (TFT), desk, terrace with sea view  ( 45 sq.m ) which is separated from the remaining house and has its own entrance. The same applies to the other house which features a ground floor room( 25 sq.m) which includes a double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, wooden wardrobe, desk, colour tv (TFT), terrace overlooking the estate’s garden and a boiler room (15 sq.m) which is separated from the main room.

Café-Bar-Restaurant-Venue

The complex beside accommodation features a beautiful café-bar-Restaurant and venue capable of hosting various types of events. It's’ main building(250 sq.m) together with its well-manicured gardens, grass field(4 acres) and lush olive tree landscape stretching out to the shoreline, provides the perfect backdrop for you special event. Functional & tastefully decorated, its interior follows the rural style with authentic features i.e cozy fireplace that convey a calming simplicity, homey and inviting atmosphere. The building also features a bar with deck and a fully equipped kitchen and a wc specially for persons with mobility problems. The total surface of the baseman is 250 sq.m. It features the following areas: A) big storage room(tables, chairs, restaurant equipment, etc) B) food storage & food preparation room including 2 big refrigerators, 3 deep freezer boxes and a professional gas stove with oven  C) wc for men & women  D) hot water boiler room. Finally, it has a truck ramp for loading and unloading heavy objects. In warmer periods, the beautiful outdoor elevated terrace(150 sq.m) with two big wooden pergolas, promises incredible views (garden and sea) and
